Eric Lin / 林文德

Eric Lin is a graduate of New York University's Graduate Film Program where he fully developed his driving passion for crafting compelling images and creating moods in the service of visual storytelling. For his efforts, he has received an award for Best Cinematography at NYU's First Run Film Festival as well as the Kodak Award for Best Cinematography at the International Student Film Festival, Buenos Aires. In 2003, Lin was chosen as an apprentice to Rodrigo Prieto (Director of Photography for Babel, Brokenback Mountain, and Lust, Caution) on Spike Lee's film, The 25th Hour. His films have aired on the Showtime network and have screened at festivals around the world. Missing, a short film he shot for director Kit Hui, screened in official competition at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival.
